Dr. Mohummed Radwan Khani earned his M.D. at the University of Aleppo, Faculty of Medicine in Syria in 2002, his Internship was at Northwell Staten Island Hospital and his Fellowship was completed at Allegheny Health Systems, Pennsylvania. He is a Physician at Memorial Herman Medical Group. Dr. Khani specializes in colon and rectal surgery, colonoscopy, hemorrhoid procedures, his clinical interests include minimally-invasive surgeries and robotic surgery for a variety of conditions including diverticulitis, colon cancer, rectal cancer, and inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and European Society of Colon Proctology. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, playing tennis, watching basketball, traveling, and spending time with family.
